In order to improve the skills and competencies of nurses in the operating theatre,leaders will continue educating and training of new staffs and transfer in staffs, during orientation program and mentoring program. Scheduled Internal Cross audits and random cross audits among different wards/units within the hospital and inter state hospitals will be carried out to enable the nurses to sustain their competencies in the respective disciplines .
