Design Thinking Method and Documentation KIK KKM Workshop will be done yearly. The target participants are among The KKM Staffs.

This workshop is to give explosure to the participants on the techniques and tools that can be used to create ideas of innovation to improvise their procedures/ products in their workplace. This workshop is designed with hands-on practice on simulation where how are these techniques/ tools can be used to create new creative ideas to increase productivity in the workplace by introducing new procedures or products that can foster the betterment of the workplace, increase quality, shorten hours spent for tasks and etc. Evalution tools and enhancement methods also are introduced in this workshop to evaluate the feasibility of the new inventions and ways to improve it and etc. By adhering the methods, participants will be enabled to reassess their products of innovations to make improvements of effectiveness, sustainability, and cost-savings.
