Cluster Hospital
TRAINING
Hospital Cluster implementation used Action Research Methodology to scope and focus on the services needed to be clustered. Training is conducted in partnership with Institute of Health Management. The target of the training are;
- Two clusters per year
- Target: Hospital top management, head of departments, middle level managers (Penyelia, Sister/Matron, medical officer, specialists), medical record officer
