Creative and Innovative Circle (KIK)

KIK, also known as Creative and Innovative Circle (CIC) was launched in 1991 by MAMPU with the primary goal of improving all aspects of public service delivery. From ‘Panduan Mengenai Kumpulan Meningkat Mutu Kerja (KMK)’ to ‘Panduan Mengenai Kumpulan Inovatif dan Kreatif (KIK)’, ‘Panduan Pembudayaan dan Pemerkasaan dalam Sektor Awam Melalui Horizon Baharu Kumpulan Inovatif dan Kreatif’ is the latest published national transformation agenda thay encourages public sectors to creative and innovative in the service delivery through translation of new ideas into high-impact changes or product that bring about efficiency and effectiveness. Various KIK projects from public sectors had featured and given recognition in Innovation and KIK Award at the ministry and country level.
