12th National QA Convention 2024 is the most recent activity from QA.
With the theme Compassionate Co-production, it was organised by Institute for Health Systems Research with collaboration of JKN Negeri Sembilan and Malaysian Society for Quality in Health. The convention was held for 3 days from 8th - 10th October 2024 at Grand Klana Resort, Negeri Sembilan. 450 delegates from MOH and private sector attended the convention with 25 in oral, 50 poster, 66 short video and with a new category quality leap lounge (QLL) 141 people participated competitions respectively.
