10th National QA Convention 2019 was held from
14th – 17th October 2019 (4 days) at Bukit Gambang Resort City, Kuantan, Pahang. This convention was a collaboration between Institute for Health Systems Research and JKN Pahang which was launched by former Deputy Director General of Health (Research & Technical Support), Datuk Dr Christopher K.C.Lee. The convention theme was Quality-driven Healthcare: The Heart of Universal Health Coverage which was attended by 758 delegates from all around Malaysia.
