9th National QA Convention 2017 was organised by
Institute for Health Systems Research and JKN Perak for 4 days from 24th – 26th October 2017 at Pusat Konvensyen, Sungai Siput, Perak. Enhancing Quality: Do More with Less as the theme of the convention, it was attended by 618 delegates and was launched by former Deputy Director General of Health (Research & Technical Support), Datuk Shahnaz Murad.
