International Lean Healthcare Conference 2023

The Ministry of Health (MOH) and UniKL's Malaysian Institute of Industrial Technology (MITEC) successfully hosted the International Lean Healthcare Conference 2023 from 15 to 16 August 2023 at the Everly Putrajaya. The conference brought together over 500 healthcare professionals and experts to explore the application of Lean principles in healthcare settings. Officially opened on 15 August 2023 by Deputy Minister of Health, YB Tuan Lukanisman Awang Sauni, the event focused on the theme "Inspiring Lean Thinking, Enhancing Value to Patients." Through plenary sessions, symposiums, forums, and parallel sessions, participants shared knowledge and best practices to improve healthcare delivery.
