International Lean Healthcare Conference 2018 also marks the 10th anniversary of Lean Healthcare in Malaysia. Held on 25th - 27th September 2018 at Grand Riverview Hotel, Kota Bharu, Kelantan, the conference had the theme of Inspiring Lean Thinking, Enhancing Value to Patients. This conference has an array of international speakers with diverse experience in utilising Lean. This conference aims to advance learning on Lean methodologies as well as share and present ideas that can improve the implementation of Lean in healthcare.
