The myCPD 2.0 system which started in July 2017 has a System Administrator consisting of Sub-admin, Main Admin and System admin from committees appointed throughout the state. Among the duties and responsibilities of the Main Admin and Sub Admin that have been appointed is to monitor all officers in each state/division. Meanwhile, the role of the Sub Admin is to monitor the officers involved with the CPD at the respective ‘Pusat Pertanggungjawab’ level.
Among the main objectives of this workshop are to improve the knowledge and skills of System Administrators in operating the myCPD system and other modules, identify the issues faced by the system administrators about the myCPD system, propose solutions, and empower them as a good system administrator.
